COASIN is able to work using different software development methodologies, including agile and traditional methodologies, depending on the client’s requirements. However, COASIN has developed its own software development methodology (SDM) to provide the right mix of control, visibility and flexibility, while maintaining the best throughput possible.

The COASIN SDM is based on the ESA (European Space Agency) Lite methodology and COASIN’s years of experience using different project management methodologies. COASIN SDM uses an iterative and incremental approach that provides consistent and effective results and which enables us to offer the right balance between agile and traditional methodologies.
