COASIN’s Offshore Development Center (ODC) uses a model that has been proven over the years to enable us to quickly and effectively tackle projects of all sizes.

Our team of business analysts and software architects work with the client to develop a project plan that addresses all of the technical and business objectives. Next, we assign a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to execute the plan.  Teams are created with a mix of junior and senior staff, including both development and test engineers, who can achieve the project’s objectives with the optimal allocation of resources. 

A project manager works on behalf of the client’s interests to see the project through to successful completion.  That person provides the client with complete visibility of the ODC team so there are never any surprises.  For larger projects we can place the project manager on site with the client to maximize communication and project velocity.

We strive to have the team operate as if it were a part of the client’s organization.  We have the communication tools to make this happen: 

• Regular status reports covering progress on all project components
• Joint access to project workflow systems
• Online collaboration tools, document sharing and video and web conferencing

 Person-to-person communication with the ODC is convenient and immediate since Chile is in the same time zone as New York City.  Since we keep the same business hours, when you call us on the phone you will find us at work and at our desks.
